No. Anthropic controls Claude subscriptions, invoices, payments, and refunds. Contact Anthropic Support for billing requests.
Can you explain why Claude gave a specific response?
We can explain public Claude concepts and common model behaviour. We cannot inspect your private conversation, diagnose an Anthropic service incident, or change how Claude behaves in your account.
