Here is the correction worth making explicitly. Cowork is not pair programming, and it is not two people in a shared room. You do not co-drive a live session with Claude the way two developers might share one keyboard, and a teammate cannot drop into your running Cowork session — sessions currently cannot be shared with other users, though Team and Enterprise users can share supported live artifacts within their organisation. The accurate picture is delegation: you assign a task, the agent goes away and does it on Anthropic’s servers, and you review what comes back.
